At COCOLAB, we want you to love your new style, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day easy returns for all unworn apparel. Items must be returned with original tags attached and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all original fashion tags and labels are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
